We ain’t the only ones

It came to light over the weekend that the U.K. based Gamma Group International has produced a lot of software for spying on computers across the globe.  Even (gasp) computers in the Village!  Although expensive, the software was available for purchase by anyone, not just governments, and typically entered a computer through malware.  So far it looks like the programs Gamma Group came up with aren’t phased by typical commercially available virus detection software.

Don’t you feel all warm and cozy knowing that it’s not just our own government that wants to know everything?  I certainly do.  It’s nice to be wanted — isn’t it?
